Traveling = fubar your diet habits

I think we all know this already: traveling makes you gain weight.


3 reasons:
  1. You want to try all the amazing food in the area you are visiting. 
    Also, if you are anything like me, I don't like food to go wasted so I finish everything off my plate.
  2. You don't keep up your regular exercise routine.
  3. Its hard to maintain the "eat small meals every 3 hours" schedule... 
    I hear lots of people preach this, but don't see people practice it. 
    When traveling with people that don't practice this, and when traveling with a full itinerary, it's really hard for me to keep up this schedule.
    On my current trip, I find myself eating 2 large meals a day:  morning and late night.  That's it. 
    *Sigh*
I can't wait to resume my normal routine.
