These are not mine.
But I sure wish they were!

Photos from our Europe trip!
We did a family trip to Europe from Apr 23 - May 7.
We spent less than a week in London, then took a train to Amsterdam and spent 3 days there. Then we took a fancy bullet train to Paris and spent the remaining week there.
We had such perfect timing, as we were in London during the week of the Royal Wedding (royal wedding paraphernalia everywhere!) , we were in Amsterdam for their well-celebrated Queen's Day (Koninginnedag), and we were in France for May Day (equivalent to our Labor Day).
Either we have such great timing with European holidays, or they are just always celebrating something.
Now... onto the part you have been waiting for... PHOTOS!
I have all the photos uploaded to our Picasa web album, so please view them there:

Traveling = fubar your diet habits
I think we all know this already: traveling makes you gain weight.
3 reasons:
3 reasons:
- You want to try all the amazing food in the area you are visiting.
Also, if you are anything like me, I don't like food to go wasted so I finish everything off my plate. - You don't keep up your regular exercise routine.
- Its hard to maintain the "eat small meals every 3 hours" schedule...
I hear lots of people preach this, but don't see people practice it.
When traveling with people that don't practice this, and when traveling with a full itinerary, it's really hard for me to keep up this schedule.
On my current trip, I find myself eating 2 large meals a day: morning and late night. That's it.
*Sigh*
